Collection data
Your collection records, item photos, notes, tags, albums, and backup files are stored locally on your device. Money Collect does not operate a cloud service for your collection data. It is not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to export, share, or back it up through services you control.
Camera and photo library
Money Collect requests access to your camera when you choose to photograph an item, and to your photo library when you choose to import an image or save a share card. These permissions are used only for the action you request and can be changed in iOS Settings.
Purchases and subscriptions
Optional subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and determine Pro access. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, purchase and subscription status, and technical information required for subscription functionality. We do not receive or store your Apple ID, payment card, or billing information.
Sharing and exports
When you share an item, save a share card, or export a catalogue, the selected content is created on your device and passed only to the destination you choose. Serial numbers, private notes, purchase information, and location details are excluded from share cards by default.
Data retention and deletion
Collection data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app. You can delete individual items and albums in the app, and exported files or backups from the location where you saved them.
Third-party services and changes
Money Collect uses Apple App Store and StoreKit for purchases and RevenueCat for subscription status and validation. These providers process information under their own privacy policies. We may update this policy as the app’s practices change; the latest version will be available on this page.
