1. The app
Mindful Pour is a personal alcohol-journaling tool for iPhone. You may use it for lawful, personal purposes and must not use it to interfere with the app or violate another person’s rights.
2. Not medical advice
Mindful Pour is not medical, mental-health, addiction-treatment, emergency, or professional advice. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are concerned about alcohol use or your health, seek help from a qualified professional or appropriate emergency service.
3. Your content and backups
You are responsible for the information, photos, and notes you enter, and for protecting your device and exported backups. You should not share a backup or summary containing information you do not wish others to see.
4. Availability and changes
Mindful Pour is provided “as is” and may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
5. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Mindful Pour evolves. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. For questions, email ozanbagiran@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy for details on how the app handles data.
