Terms of Service

1. The service and acceptable use

Nemio is a personal relationship memory companion for iPhone. You may use it for lawful, personal purposes and must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate another person’s rights.

2. Your content and AI output

You are responsible for content you enter into Nemio and for ensuring you have the right to use it. AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. It is not professional, medical, legal, psychological, or crisis advice and should not be relied on as such.

3. Free and Pro access

On your first active AI day, the Free plan includes 5 AI actions; on later days, it includes 1 AI action per day. Nemio Pro provides access independent of the Free plan’s daily AI limit, subject to reasonable use and abuse protections. Features and limits may change with reasonable notice.

4. Subscriptions and trials

Nemio Pro may be offered as weekly, monthly, or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The annual plan may include a 3-day free trial only for eligible users. Payment is charged through your Apple ID when you confirm purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings. Deleting Nemio or your local data does not cancel an active subscription.

5. Your data

Nemio keeps your relationship data on your device. You can export, import, or delete local data within the app. You are responsible for protecting your device and any exported archive. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

6. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

Nemio is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party services. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms. For questions, contact support@relationshipmemory.app.
