Privacy Policy
Your art, your album. A clear account of what stays on your iPhone and what third-party services process.

Who we are and what this policy covers
ArtSticker is an iPhone app developed by Ozan Bağıran for collecting artwork photos, creating stickers, recording museum visits and preparing Story images. This policy explains how the app and these support pages handle information. For privacy questions, contact ozanbagiran@gmail.com.
Your album is stored on your device
ArtSticker does not require an album account and does not operate a server-hosted archive of your artworks. Original photos, prepared stickers, thumbnails, artwork titles, artists, notes, tags, favorites, collections, places, visit dates and Story drafts are stored in the app’s local storage on your iPhone.
Image analysis, cropping and sticker preparation run on your device. Artwork photos are not uploaded to an external AI service. Information you enter is used to provide the album, editing, search, collection, visit and Story features you choose.
Photos, camera and optional location
- Camera: requested when you use the camera to photograph an artwork.
- Photo selection: the system photo picker gives ArtSticker the image you select. The app does not request access to browse your entire photo library.
- Saving images: permission to add to Photos is requested when you save a sticker or Story there. System sharing remains an alternative.
- Location: optional, used when you request your current location or enable capture location. ArtSticker does not track your location in the background.
A selected photo may contain a capture date and GPS coordinates. ArtSticker reads available metadata to help you record when and where an artwork was seen. You can choose a place manually, and you can change permissions in iOS Settings. Missing dates or locations are not silently replaced with today’s date or your current location.
Maps and Apple services
Place searches, map tiles, map snapshots and directions use Apple services. These features may send a search query, a requested map region, coordinates and technical request information to Apple. Opening directions takes you to Apple Maps. Apple processes this information under its own policies.
Artwork photos and your full album are not sent to Apple Maps by ArtSticker. Saved places represent the locations you associate with artworks and visits. See Apple Maps & Privacy and Apple’s privacy information.
Purchases and RevenueCat
Apple handles in-app payments. ArtSticker uses RevenueCat to display available Pro plans, verify access, restore purchases and keep purchase status current. RevenueCat is configured with a randomly generated app user identifier rather than an ArtSticker login.
Purchase processing may include that identifier, receipts or transaction information, product identifiers, purchase and subscription status, and technical information such as app/device versions and network request information. These services can communicate even when you have not bought Pro, for example to load offerings or check access. We do not receive your payment-card details. Artwork photos, notes and saved artwork locations are not sent to RevenueCat.
Purchase-related information may be retained as needed to provide access, restore purchases, address fraud or disputes and meet legal requirements. You can contact us about a relevant record; an anonymous record may require additional information to identify. See RevenueCat’s privacy information.
Retention and deletion
Local album information remains on your device until you remove it or delete the app and its local data. You can delete artworks from their detail screen. Deleting a collection does not delete its artworks. Fully deleting the app removes its local album; offloading the app is different and can retain its data.
Deleting a record or the app does not erase images already saved to Photos, backups you exported, copies shared with others or copies in device/cloud backups. Delete those separately in their destinations if you no longer want them. Restoring an ArtSticker backup replaces the current active album rather than merging albums. Back up the existing album first if you want to keep it.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription or automatically erase purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account and contact us about applicable deletion requests.
When you contact support
If you email ozanbagiran@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, troubleshoot and follow up. Support correspondence is kept only as needed for those purposes and any applicable legal obligations.
Please send only the information needed to explain an issue. Avoid sending a full album backup or photos containing private information unless we agree on an appropriate way to share them.
Advertising and analytics
The current app does not include advertising SDKs, advertising tracking, session replay or a separate product-analytics SDK. It does not send your artwork library to advertisers. RevenueCat’s purchase-related processing is described above; it should not be confused with a cloud backup of your album.
These website pages
These pages are hosted on Vercel. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser/device information and access logs to deliver and secure the site. The shared website stylesheet loads a font from Google Fonts, so visiting a page can send a font request and related technical information to Google. These pages do not add an analytics tracker or a form that uploads your album.
See Vercel’s privacy notice and Google’s privacy policy. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can change permissions in iOS Settings, edit or delete album records, export a backup, and manage your Apple purchases. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or limits on processing of information we hold, and to contact your local data-protection authority.
Email ozanbagiran@gmail.com with your request. We may need limited information to identify the relevant support or purchase record. We do not have remote access to your on-device album, so we cannot retrieve or delete those local records for you. Service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable arrangements and policies.
Policy updates
We will update this page and its date when the app’s data practices change. If you believe information about a child has been sent to us through support, contact us so we can review and address it.
